She also lived and worked in the USA, Italy and the UK, baking and collecting gastronomic experiences. In 2007 she returned to Portugal and for a few years worked at the worlds worst job (sarcasm alert): developing ice-cream flavours for an artisanal ice-cream brand.\r\nIn 2014, she started her YouTube channel, La Dolce Rita, where she still shares sweet recipes weekly. Shes the author of six bestselling books of recipes for ice-creams, cookies, cakes, pastries and all kinds of sweets.
